Admission and Withdrawal Procedure  
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
 
Admission procedure of class XI
  • Scrutiny for admission to class XI is based on merit.
  • There will be an Admission Committee formed during admission.
  • Admission is done strictly on the basis of Entrance Test.
  • Students will apply for admission to class XI within 15 days after declaration of the CBSE Board result of class X.
  • The date of entrance will be informed to the students during submission of the application form.
  • Admission procedure of class I to IX
  • Scrutiny for admission to class VI to IX is based on merit.
  • There will be an Admission Committee formed during admission.
  • Admission is done strictly on the basis of Entrance Test.
  • Students will apply for admission to class VI to IX after 31st March.
  • The date of entrance will be informed to the students during submission of the application form.
Admission procedure of class Pre-LKG to UKG
  • Admission is done strictly on the basis of Smartness and Oral test of the student.
 
ADMISSION UNDER RTE CATEGORY
Admission into Nursery under RTE category is open for all academic sessions. Out of 40 seats in the Nursery,10 seats are reserved for students of RTE category.

ADMISSION PROCESS
  1. The registration form is available in the school office between 8 am to 12 noon on all working days.
  2. The child must have completed 2½ years for Nursery Class at the time of admission.
  3. 25% of seats,i.e 10 seats are reserved for SC, ST, OBC/SEBC and other disadvantaged groups as per RTE norms.
  4. Out of 25%,15% seats, i.e 06 seats are reserved for SC, ST, SEBC/OBC and other children without home and settled place, found begging, child labor and street children.
  5. 10% of the seats,i.e 04 seats are reserved for BPL cardholders.
  6. Admission form found incomplete in any respect and without proper eligibility documents is liable to be rejected.
 
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
  1. COPY OF DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE FROM MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OR EQUIVALENT BODY.
  2. COLOURED TWO PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF CHILD.
  3. COLOURED TWO PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF PARENTS EACH.
  4. COPY OF  SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE FROM THE PREVIOUS INSTITUTION. (NOT REQUIRED FOR LKG, UKG AND STD-I)
  5. COPY OF ADHAAR CARD OF CHILD AND PARENTS.
  6. COPY OF THE CASTE CERTIFICATE.(IN CASE OF SC/ST/OBC / SEBC)
  7. COPY OF BPL/RATION CARD.
  8. COPY OF RESIDENTIAL CERTIFICATE(FOR SC/ST/OBC/SEBC/BPL/RATION CARD HOLDERS)
  9. COPY OF THE INCOME CERTIFICATE.
  10. COPY OF VACCINATION CARD.
  11. 1 BLOOD GROUP REPORT.
ATTENDANCE
 
  1. Every student is expected to maintain an attendance record of 100% during the academic session. Besides the regular classes, some extra classes are being taken by the teachers for the benefit of the students with prior intimation to students. Attending extra classes for each student is compulsory.
  2. The leave and absence note should be filled up and must be submitted by the parent. This should be supported by a medical certificate in case of sick-leave. If the child has been suffering from communicable disease, he/she would be allowed to attend the school only after the production of a fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
  3. Students once in the school premises are not allowed to avail any half-day leave under any circumstances. In the case of acute health problems and other exigencies, the student should stay back at home. Parents should produce parent card to procure Exeat Card.
  4. Repeated absence without permission or unreasonable absence for more than 06 consecutive working days renders the students liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission will be granted only with the direction of the school authority on payment of a one-month Tuition fee in the school office.
  5. A child returning to school after suffering from any communicable disease should produce a doctor’s certificate permitting him/her to do so. A student suffering from the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to the class.
  • a) Chicken Pox: Till complete failing of scabies.
  • b) Cholera: Till the child completely recovers.
  • c) Measles: Two weeks after the rash disappears.
  • d) Mumps: Until the swelling disappears.
  • e) Whooping cough: Six weeks after recovery.
 
WITHDRAWL
  1. A Transfer certificate can be issued after all the fees and other dues of the school are cleared and other required verifications. The student can then be withdrawn after a week’s notice period.
  2. Parents seeking TC for their ward(s) shall have to apply in the supplied format on payment of the requisite fee prescribed by the school.
  3. If a student is withdrawn for a long period of time and the parents wish him/her to be re-admitted, he/she will have to pay a re-admission fee.
  4. Duplicate TC will be issued on production of an affidavit and on payment of Rs 500/-
  5.  The following categories of pupils may be required to be withdrawn from the school (Not necessarily notifying the cause to the parents).
  • Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to get benefit from the educational program of the school.
  • Those, whose behavior, in the opinion of the principal and school committee, is harmful to the interest of the school.
  • Those who have outstanding dues.
  • Any activity of the parents of those students, in the opinion of the Academic Committee, which is detrimental to the interests of the school.

       ​6. Withdrawals are normally approved at the end of the session or in some cases in mid-session, which are warranted by the transfer of the parent or                                     guardian.
