DAV COLLEGE  TRUST AND MANAGING SOCIETY is a charitable trust. DAV COLLEGE MANAGING COMMITTEE, CHITRGUPTA ROAD.,NEW DELHI-55 is a functional wing of the trust. There are at present 890 educational institutions including Arts, Science Colleges, College of education, Commerce and LAW colleges, Technical and Poly-technique apart from DAV Public Schools scattered all over the country. DAV SENIOR SECONDARY PUBLIC SCHOOL is one of them.

This is a school established in the year 1990 to serve tribal communities as charity measures of DAV CMC to cater to the educational needs of tribal. At present we are having 1000+ students extending classes up to Senior Secondary Science and Commerce stream.

For the all-round development of children, the school has the provision of activity clubs such as YOGA, DANCE, MUSIC, COMPUTER, SPEAKING CLUB, ECO CLUB, SOCIAL HARMONY CLUB, KARATE CLUB etc. As in the school, most of the children belong to first-generation, to acquire English medium education therefore remedial classes conducted for them.

These school children brought many laurels at State and Sub-Divisional Level. Children of the school also prepared for various outside exams such as JEE, NTSE, VVM, ICAI etc. School is equally active to develop social awareness organizing various activities. Children of primary classes taught by the play-way method where children learn different concepts with happiness.

This school follows each and every guideline of exam pertaining to CBSE. As per the instruction of CBSE teachers are sent to attend training programs from time to time. This school believes in the Democratic approach for which special care is being taken by the school to involve parents through parents meeting on a monthly basis.
